A highly respected consulting firm is in need of a SDET Lead.As a Software Developer in Test (SDET) Lead, you will drive the Quality Assurance (QA) activities and team for projects. You will define and execute activities to ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations as they are created. You may also have some responsibility for sales planning, help to identify client needs and assist to develop the proposal and supports the sales promotions at clients. You must have an understanding of QA activities in relation to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will facilitate artifact review/inspection meetings, identify QA process issues and address or escalate. Coach and mentor others on correct QA processes. Understand and participate in SDLC and related QA involvement. Work with all SDLC related teams and resolve conflicts surrounding issues and broker quality focused resolutions. Articulate the value QA adds to all phases of the SDLC. Author test matrices from business/technical requirements with minimal supervision. Own QA planning task with minimal supervision. Able to provide estimates for QA task with supervision. Lead a small team with minimal oversight. Design, create, edit and update automated test scripts with minimal supervision (if applicable). Develop a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value.
